To order by fax, simply click the "buy online" link at the top of any page on our website. On the next page, you will be able to click a link to download an order form. Our order form is in PDF format and you'll need a program named Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. Don't worry if you don't already have this program on your computer. Just click the "Get Acrobat Reader now" link on our site to download it. Acrobat Reader is useful not only for ordering from us, but also for viewing an abundance of documents on the Web.
